10 Blessed Habits of the Prophet (Pbuh) He did not get sick throughout his life

"10 Blessed Habits" of the Prophet (ﷺ) He did not get sick throughout his life

10 Blessed Habits" of the Prophet

1. Getting up early in the morning (Subah Jaldi Uthna)

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to get up very early in the morning, but there is no such tradition that he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ever made Tahajjud.

👉 Sometime before sunrise and up to an hour after sunrise is the time rich in oxygen.

👉 Based on scientific research today, 24 hours is the best time in terms of health in which you get the opportunity to take maximum oxygen, which is a very useful process for your healthy life.

2. Eye massage

After waking up from sleep in the morning, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to massage his eyes.

👉 The entire system of body consists of eleven systems.

👉 It takes 11 to 12 minutes for the system to recover after waking up from sleep.

👉 If you massage the eyes, this system immediately recovers within 10 to 15 seconds.

3. Stay in bed for a while

Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam used to sit for some time after getting up from bed and used to recite Surah Ikhlas 3 times which takes about 1 minute to read.

👉 Today, medical science tells us that there is a capillary in our brain that forms a bridge for blood from one part to another.

👉 In this way, the blood supply to our whole brain is restored through this bridge from where all our nerves i.e. the whole body has to be controlled.

👉 If a person wakes up in the morning and walks suddenly while the blood supply to the brain has not yet been restored, then this person may have a brain hemorrhage or may suffer from many other complex problems of the brain which also includes sudden paralysis of several parts of the body (paralysis).

👉 Whereas if he just sits for a minute to restore the blood supply to his brain, many complex problems can be avoided.

👉 This is a regular science and behind this blessed hadith, there is research by many professors and doctors in which even non-Muslim researchers have agreed that we should sit in bed for a while after waking up according to this Sunnah of Muhammad. Should stay.

👉 Its advantage is that the mind becomes fully active and able to fully guide our body.

👉 This blessed Sunnah, where there is a great reward and reward, there is also a great secret of health.

4. To snort (Qailulah karna)

It was a blessed habit of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to lie down for an hour (20 to 25 minutes) after lunch.

👉 The advantage is that in about 68% of people when they eat lunch, their stomach produces a small amount of a substance similar to alcohol.

👉 In such a case, if a person is walking, he may fall down due to dizziness, or he may have a hangover-like condition.

👉 This is why you always feel a little heavy after lunch.

👉 If we lie down for a while, the alcohol-induced hangover will not exert much pressure on the mind and it will be more active for body functions and we will be able to avoid any kind of accident.

👉 Apart from this, there is a fear of many health problems if this Sunnah is not followed.

👉 As this has been proven by research today, most countries around the world have an afternoon break from 1 to 2 or 3 o'clock so that people can take a nap after lunch.

👉 Today, the whole of Europe is practically adopting the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and there is a break from 1 pm to 3 pm in the whole of Europe. They researched and adopted the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and have much better health standards than us.

5. Eating fruit before eating (Khane se pehle phal noosh farmana)

Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam used to drink fruit before eating.

👉 Various fruits contain 90 to 99% of water, since the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade drinking water after eating while encouraging to drink water before eating.

👉 Therefore, since different fruits also contain a lot of water, eating them before eating gives energy to the body, especially the stomach and intestines.

👉 Because the stomach and intestines have a very important role in digesting food and this process is helpful for them in increasing their performance and this is also proven by scientific observations. An empty stomach benefits more from the nutrients in the fruit.

6. Do not drink water after food (Khana Khane ke baad Paani nahi Pina)

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) never drank water after eating.

👉 The things that have come out from science and research today show that there are so many disadvantages of not following this blessed Sunnah that it cannot even be imagined.

👉 When we drink water after eating, whatever fats are in the food, come out of the food and come to the upper part of the stomach.

👉 The rest of the food goes to the small intestine for the second stage of digestion and thus the fat and protein left in the stomach produce very harmful gases inside the stomach while mixing it with the food and passing it to the next part of the digestive system. Had to go to the stage. If we drink water or eat fruit, they remain in the stomach to ruin our health.

👉 A hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) means that if you need water after eating, just take a few sips and then eat a bite of bread.

👉 There is a Japanese research that by drinking water after a meal, the fats that were coming up and you ate the next bite, the process of coming up of fats not only stops there, but they become part of the diet again.

👉 That's why you should never drink water after eating food, because it not only causes gas, acidity, indigestion in the stomach, but many heart diseases are also related to not following this blessed Sunnah.

7. Ablution (Wudhu)

👉 We perform ablution at least five times a day for the five obligatory prayers because there is no prayer without ablution and there is no ablution without washing the mouth, nose, hands, arms, head and feet. That is, five times a day we wash all these parts of the body.

👉 In ablution, we wash all the external parts of the body that are covered with dirt and carbon.

👉 Today, scientific observations prove that if the parts of the body are covered with dirt or carbon, if they are not cleaned and they stay on that part of the body for a long time, the connection between these parts and the brain would be weakened. Is. That is, the nervous system of the body becomes weak.

👉 Because they are constantly sending a message to the brain that something has come on the body and it should be cleaned.

👉 If a person washes his face in the morning and then comes and washes it in the evening, then the connection between his organs and the mind becomes weak, due to which he may suffer from many neurological problems later.

👉 Islam arranges to clean your private parts at least five times a day and on Fridays it arranges complete cleaning including cutting of unnecessary hair of nails, pubic area and armpits, therefore Friday bath is obligatory for every Muslim. .

👉 The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) has not only ordered to do this, but it is also part of his blessed Sunnah.

8. Sleep early

Another blessed habit of the Prophet was that he used to go to bed early at night. Usually he would go to sleep immediately after Isha prayer. That is, going to bed early at night and getting up early in the morning was included in his routine.

👉 Our biological clock, which regulates our entire body system, when it sees darkness outside, it gives the signal to your body to sleep. It gives the body one and a half to two hours to prepare. You must sleep until

👉 Note that Maghrib and Isha prayers have almost the same duration.

👉 Its advantage is that a doctor wakes up inside your body under a biological watch which takes care of your entire body. If there is a wound, he will repair it. If there is something difficult in the liver or any other organ, it will work on it.

👉 Rather, after sleeping, the liver is the first thing to work on, and for those who are liver patients, there is also this opinion, that when they are treating themselves, they should improve their sleep system by improving their body's doctors. Give the treatment a chance and then see the results.

👉 From 10 pm to 12 pm, the maintenance of the liver and its surrounding organs takes place and after that, the maintenance of the whole body gradually takes place and this process is done on a daily basis.

👉 Allah Almighty has placed an automatic system in your body and this system works when you adopt the habit of sleeping early.

👉 In the era of ignorance, it was a custom among the Arabs that after dinner, they used to have gatherings of poetry and Dev Malay stories, which continued until two o'clock in the night, and in this environment, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went to bed early at night. There was a questionable practice nearby.

👉 It was an age of ignorance, but today, even among us Muslims who claim to be in the modern age, staying up late is not only considered objectionable, but to some extent, it is also known to be proud. The era of ignorance has been replaced by modern internet and satellite technology.

👉 But sleeping early was in the routine of Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam because he knew the usefulness of internal medicine and this is the reason why Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam did not get sick in his entire blessed life.

9. Brushing (Miswak karna)

Rasoolullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was very fond of miswak and especially used to arrange it five times a day along with ablution in every prayer.

👉 Apart from this, when he came home, before attending a gathering, he used to prepare miswak on every occasion and kept the miswak very dear.

👉 What happens is that when we eat, some particles of food are definitely left between the teeth and after an hour of eating, bacteria are produced in them.

👉 You will feel that the particles left in the teeth soften after two hours and this is due to bacteria.

👉 Therefore, we were told to arrange Miswak before eating, after eating, before going to bed, and after. Otherwise, it can also cause your heart attack.

👉 Today in America and Western countries, it is a common practice to eat and drink without brushing your teeth as soon as you wake up in the morning, which is causing various diseases in them.

👉 An Australian university conducted research on five hundred heart attack patients. While he mentioned many other reasons, a common reason also came out that these people were not used to brushing their teeth, due to which the jam in their teeth went into the stomach and multiplied so much that it blocked the arteries of the heart. Caused to be blocked.

👉 The main cause of his heart attack was his teeth, while the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) advised us to brush to such an extent that on one occasion he said that if it had not been heavy on the Ummah, I would have made it obligatory on the Ummah.

👉 Today's modern science has proven that people who have a habit of brushing their teeth or brushing their teeth often have less anger and are often calm and cool.

👉 A person who is very angry, blood pressure is often high, and if he is restless in his health, he should do maswak as much as possible in two or three months, he will find its amazing miraculous effects.

10. Two days Fasting in a week (Hafte ke 2 Roze)

Fasting on Mondays and Thursdays was also included in the routine of Rasulullah sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam and he encouraged them to observe these fasts. That is, two days a week.

👉 The blessed saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, is that a Muslim eats food in one gut, while a disbeliever eats in three guts, and he advised us that when you feel very hungry, eat food and leave it if you are still hungry.

This process is called "Autophagia" in modern medical language.

👉 This is the great secret of keeping the human body healthy.

👉What happens is that when we eat more food than we normally need, extra proteins and fats accumulate in the body, which play the role of poison in digestion due to excess of the body's need and various diseases. cause of

These extra fats are the main cause of today's common diseases like sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure.

👉 When you feel hungry, the body's "hunger juices" (hunger juices) ie the automatic system of digesting food in the body is fully developed.

👉 If we were to eat a hundred bites, but stopped at seventy, then the remaining thirty bites that the body needed, the body fulfills that need by eating these extra proteins and fats.

👉 The body keeps eliminating accumulated toxins under its own automatic system and you stay healthy.

👉 Now when there has been some shortcoming for three days and you have fasted on Monday, due to the long fast of the whole day, the process of *autophagia* gets a full opportunity to be active and it repairs the shortcoming of three days. Then the routine of two days and then fasting on Thursday.

👉 When this Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) becomes a part of your routine, the process of disease-causing cells *autophagy* cannot accumulate due to repeating twice a week and you remain healthy forever.

Today, we have a lot of faith in scientific research, are we waiting for science to prove the blessed Sunnah of the Messenger of God, then we will start following the Sunnah of the Messenger of God.

The fact is that science is far behind the Sunnahs of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the entire life of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Sunnahs are a torch for us and in them are the successes and comforts of this world and the hereafter.

*لَقَدۡ كَانَ لَكُمۡ فِىۡ رَسُوۡلِ اللّٰهِ اُسۡوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ*

(O Muslims!) There is an excellent example for you in (the life of) the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)
