1Q) Jumma wa edain ke khutboon ke ahkaam bayan karte hue uske wujoob ki shartein aur Nabi-e-Kareem (Sallallahu alaihiwa Sallam) ne jo Khutba farmaya tha usko khalam bandh kare.

A) Khutbe ke Ahkaam:-

1. Khutba e juma namaz e juma ki sharth hai bagair Khutbe ke namaz e juma sahi nahi.

2. Kam se kam 3 Aakhil wa baligh qabile Imaamat aadmiyoon ke saamne Khutba padhna shart hai, Jo shuru se aakhir tak maujood rahe agar isse kam admi rahe toh shart ada na hogi.

Khutbe mein 2 Umoor farz hai:-

1) Waqt jo zawaal e aftab ke baad aur namaz e juma ke qabl hai. Agar waqt e zohar se pehle ya namaz e juma ke baad Khutba  padha jaye toh durust nahi.

2) Allah Tala ka zikar jo kam se kam ba-khadre Subhaan Allah ya Al-Hamdulillah ya Allahu Akbar ho. Agar Khutbe mein Allah ka zikar na hoto Khutba  na hogan. Namaz e juma me Khutba  shart hai aur namaz e edain mein sunnat.  Juma ka Khutba  namaz se pehle padhna chahiye aur edian ka Khutba namaz ke baad.

Note:- Agar Edain ka Khutba  namaz se pehle padhle to namaz hojayegi ba-khilaaf juma ke namaz hi na hogi.

Nabi-e-Kareem (Sallallahu alaihiwa Sallam) ka Khutba :-

Aapki aadate sharifa ye thee ke jab sab log jama hojate toh us waqt Aap tashreef laate aur hazireen ko salaam karte phir mimbar par chadhkar logoon ki taraf mutawajjeh hote aur phir salaam karte aur baith jate aur fauran Khutba  shuru farmadete. Halat e Khutba  mein logoon ko nasdiq hone ka irshaad hota. 2 Khutbe padhte aur dono khutboon mein zarasi dayr baith jate aur uss waqt kuch kalaam na farmate na dua mangte. Jab dusare Khutbe se faraghat hoti, Hazrat Bilal (RA) Aqhamat kehte aur Aap namaz shuru farmadete.

2Q) Takbeer e Tashreeq ke ahkaam khalam bandh kare.

A) 1.  Ayyaam tashreeq mein yani 9th Navvi-zil-Hajja (Arfa) ki Fajr se 13th Teyrvi-zil-Hajja ki Asr tak har farz namaz ke baad Takbeer padhna Takbeer Tashreeq kehlata hai.

2. Takbeer Tashreeq ye hai “ALLAHU AKBAR, ALLAHU AKBAR, LAA ILAAHA ILLALLAHU WALLAHU AKBAR, ALLAHU AKBAR WALILLA-HIL-HAMD”

3. Takbeer Tashreeq wajib hai aur iske liye shart hai a)muqeem hona, b) shehar mein hona, c) farze aain (panchgana) namaz ka jamat se padhna.

Musafiroon par, gaon waloon par, farz e kifaya (namaze janaza) ke baad, munfareed par, auratoon par Takbeer Tashreeq wajib nahi.

Albatta musafir gaonwale aur auratein agar kisi ayese shakhs ke muqtadi hoon jispar Takbeer Tashreeq wajib hai, Toh phir itteba-an inpar bhi Takbeer wajib hogi lekin auratein aahista Takbeer kahe. Ye Imaam e azam ka qaul hai. Magar ba-qaul Sahibeen (RA) mutlaqan farze aain namaz ke baad Takbeer Tashreeq wajib hai khaw musafir ho ya gaonwale munfareed ho ya aurat aur fatwa sahibeen ke qaul par hai.

4. namaz e juma ke baad bhi Takbeer Tashreeq wajib hai.

5. namaz e eidain ke baad bhi Takbeer kehde.

6. namaz e vitr, sunnat, nafil ke baad Takbeer Tashreeq wajib nahi.

7. masbooq, wa lahak par Takbeer wajib hai, magar ye uswaqt kehe jab khud salaam pherdein.

8. Takbeer ka salaam ke baad fauran kehna wajib hai.

9. Takbeer ka jahar (bulandh awaz) se kehna wajib hai.

10. Takbeer ka 1 baar kehna wajib hai aur 3 baar kehna afzal hai.

11. Agar Imaam Takbeer kehna bhuljaye toh muqtadi mutabiat na kare balke fauran Takbeer kehde.

12. Agar farz namaz ki khaza padhi jaye toh iski 4 suratein ho sakti hai.

a) Gair ayyaam Tashreeq ki khaza ayyam tashreeq mein padhe

b) Ayyam e tashreeq ki khaza gair ayyam tashreeq mein padhe

c) 1 saal ke ayyam tashreeq ki khaza dusre saal ayyam tashreeq me padhe

d) Isshi saal ke ayyam tashreeq ki khaza isshi saal ke ayyam tashreeq.

Toh Takbeer sirf akhir surat mein wajib hai aur suratoon mein nahi.

3Q) Maal e Tijarat ma’a ahkame Zakat bayan karte hue “sayima” ki zakat ka tariqa ma’a Ibal, Baqar wa Buzz khalam bandh kare.

A) Maal e tijarat ki Zakat ke ahkaam:-

1. Har qisam ke tijarati saamaan mein Zakat wajib hai.

2. Tijarati maal ka nisab iski qimat ke aitebar se hoga, yani agar iski qimat chandi (silver) ya sona (gold) hain jo nisab ko pahunchti hoto ispar Zakat wajib hogi, warna nahi.

3. Agar kisi par koi maale tijarat ho aur iski qimat nisab se kam ho phir chandh roz ke baad is maal jama hone ko soorat mein badhkar baqadre nisab hojaye toh, jis waqt se qimat badhgayi hai ushi waqt se iske saal ki ibteda rakhi jayegi.

Sayima Jaanwaroon ki Zakat ke ahkaam:-

1. Sayima jaanwar wo hai jo saal ke aksar hisse me jungle me char kar basar karte ho aur jo doodh ki garz se ya nasal ki ziyadati ya farba hone ke liye rakhe jaye hoon.

2. Agar nifs saal jungle mein charte ho aur nifs saal ghar mein ghans mangwa ke khilayi jati ho ya inke rakne se maqsoos doodh lena ya nasal ki afzaesh ya farba karna naho balke ghosth khana ya sawari karna, bhoj lana wagaira hoto phir wa sayima na kehlayeinge aur unpar Zakat wajib na hogi.

3. Sayima janwaroon mein se sirf in 3 qisam ke janwaroon par Zakat wajib hai.

A) Ount (Camel), B) Gaye (Cow), C) Bakri (Gaot). Inke siwa dosre janwaroon par Zakat wajib nahi, dosre janwar agar tijarat ki niyat se rakhe hoto inpar tijarat ki zakat wajib hogi.

A) Ount ki Zakat ke ahkam:- Ount ki Zakat ka nisab 5 hai, yani 5 ount mein Zakat farz hai, Eg: - 5 Ount par 1 bakri, 10 Ount par 2 bakri,   5 se kam Ount ho to Zakat nahi.

B) Gaye ki Zakat ke ahkam: - Gaye ki Zakat ka nisab 30 hai, yani 30 gayeon mein Zakat farz hai, 30 se kam mein Zakat nahi. Eg:- 30 Gayeon me 1 saala bachada, 40 me 2 saala bachada aur 60 me 1 saala 2 bachade. Note: Bhains bhi gay ke hukum mein hai.

C) Bakri ki Zakat keahkam:- 40 bakriyoon mein Zakat farz hai 40 se kam mein Zakat nahi. Eg:- 40 bakriyoon mein 1 bakri, 121 bakriyoon mein 2 bakriya. Note: Behdh, dumbha aur menda sab bakri mein dakhil hain.

4Q) Juma ki namaz ke aadaab aur azan, saff, Khutba  juma sunne ke mukammal aadaab qalam bandh kare.

A) Juma ki namaz ke aadaab:-

Har musalman ko chahiye ke juma ka ahtemaam panchshumba (Thursday) ke din se kare jaise ke Hazrat Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) farmaya karte maslan pehanne ke liye saaf wa paak kapdoon ka intezaam kar rakhe, aslah banvani hoto banvale, nakhoon katarwale, khooshboo istemal karne ka maqdoor ho magar maujood na hoto ushi din la rakhe. Garz juma ki tayyari se mutaluq jo kaam ho inko Thursday hi ke din karle ta-ke phir juma ke rooz in kamo mein mashgool hona na padhe.

Buzurg-gane salf ne farmaya hai ke juma ka sawab sabse ziyada us shakhs ko milega jo iska muntazir rehta ho. Jamia masjid mein bahut savere jay eke ismein badi fazilat hai jo shakhs jitney savere jayega ushi qadar usey ziada sawab milega. Pus sabse pehle awwal waqt masjid pahunchkar Imaam ke karib baitne ki koshish kare. Iss din nafil ki kasrat, sadqa aur khairat mein ziyadati kare. Asr wa magrib ke darmiyan zikar wa tasbih aur dua mein mashghool rahe.

Azan ke ahkaam:-

1. Namaz e juma ke liye bhi azan sunnate maukada hai, iske aalava juma ke liye dusri azan bhi masnoon hai.

2. Dusri azan masjid ke andar imam ke samne uss waqt kahi jaye jab ke woh Khutba  padhne ke liye mimbar par aa baite.

3. Juma ki pehli azan sunkar tamaam kaarobar chodhdekar musalmano ko namaz e juma ko jana wajib hai.

4. Juma ki pehli azan ka jawab dena sunnat hai.

Saff ke ahkaam:-

1. Masjid mein awwal waqt pahunch kar imam ke qarib pehli saff mein baitana chahiye.

2. saff mein jis jagah jo shahks aakar bait jaye uss jagah ka wahi shakhs mustahiq hai.

3. Pehli saff nuzule Rahmat e Ilahi ke lehaz se sab saffoon mein behtar hai, phir dusri saff, phir teesri saff. ishi tarha aakhir tak.

4. kisi hile se ja-Nimaz wagaira bichaa kar jaga na roke, jo jahan baite waha baitne de.

5. Agar masjid mein deyr karke aye toh Namaziyoon ki gardane palang kar agli saff mein pahunchne ki koshish na kare, balke jaha jage mile waha bait jaye.

6. Agar agli saffoon mein jagah khali hoto aane wale shakhs ko pichli saff chodhkar agli saff mein pahunchna aur khali jagah ko mamoor karna chahiye.

7. Agarche wahan tak pahunchne mein phichle saff waloon ki gardane palangna wa namaziyon ke aage se guzarna padhe, basharte ke Khutba  shuru na hua ho.

Khutba  sunne ke Aadaab:-

1. Jis waqt imam Khutbe ka irade se mimbar ki taraf chale, ushi waqt se zikar, tasbih, kalam wagaira tark karke hamatan khateeb ke taraf mutawajjeh hojaye.

2. Jab Khutba  shuru hojaye toh tamaam hazireen ko Khutbe ka shuru se akhir tak sunna wajib hai khaw hazireen khatib ke nasdiq baite ho ya duur, aur Khutba  sunayi de ya na sunayi de.

3. Halate Khutbe mein aysa koi fail karna jo Khutba   sunne mein qalal andaz ho makroh e tehrimi hai, yani khana, pina, chalna, phirna, baat cheet karna, salaam karna ya salaam ka jawab dena, zikar, tasbih, Quran-e-majeed ya nafil padhna ya kisiko shara e masla batana wagaira. Uumur jis tarha namaz me mana hai, ushi tarha halat e Khutba  mein mana, aur jo uumur namaz ke andar makaroh hai wo Khutba  sunne ke waqt bhi makroh hai.

4. Agar halite Khutba  mein koi shakhs cheenk kar Al-Hamdulillah kahe ya masjid mein dakhil ho kar salam kare toh cheenk aur salam ka jawab dena wajib nahi, yane jawab na de.

5. Agar koi shakhs sunnat padh raha ho aur ishi halat mein Khutba  shuru hojaye toh isko chahiye ke sunnat iqtesar ke saath pura karle.

6. Khutba  sunne waloon ko chahiye ke qibla ruk baite aur khateeb ke taraf mutawajjeh rahe.

7. Khutba  sunne ke waqt do zano yani jis tarah namaz mein baite hai ushi tarah baithana mustahab hai.

8. Agar Khutbe ki awaz na aatiho, yani Khutba  sunayi na de, tab Khutba  hi ki taraf kaan lagaye rahe (awaz na aane ki wajeh se baatcheet ya zikar, tasbih wagaira mein mashgool na ho).

9. Khutba  ke waqt kisiko kuch padhne ya baat karne se mana bhi na kare (al batta ishare se khamush karde toh muzaeqha nahi).

10. Jab Hazrat Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) ka isme Mubarak Khutbe mein aye toh samayeen apne dil me durood e shareef padh sakte hai.

11. Ayat e Kareema (ya Ayyuhallazina Aamanu Sullu aaliahi wa Salli mu Taslima) padhi jaye to dil hi dil mein durood e shareef behje.

12. Khutbe mein sahaba (RA) wa Kholafa (RA) ka naam aye toh ba awaz bulandh raziallahu anhu kehna ya jab baadhshah ka naam aye khaldillahu malaka ya aur koi kalmia dua pukar kar kehna (samayeen, mauzeen, mukabbir) sabke liye makroh hai.

13. Khutbe ki halat mein logoon ki gardane phalangte hue agli safoon mein pahunchna durust nahi.

14. Khutba  e sania puri tarha khatam hone se pehle namaz ke liye khade na ho.

Q5) Ruyate Hilaal ki tareef, Roze ke ahkam ma’a aksam wa wujoob ki mukammal shartein qalam bandh farmaye

A) Ruyate Hilaal ke ahkaam:-

1. Musalmanoo par wajib kifaya hai ke shabaan ki 29vi tariq ghuroob ke waqt ramzan ka chand dekhne ki koshish kare agar chand nazar ajaye toh roza rakhna shuru kare warna shaban ke 30 din pure karke roza rakhe.

2. Rajjab ki 29vi tariq ko shaban ka chand dekhna mustahab hai ta ke shaban ke mehne ki sahi tariq aur tadaad maloom rahe.

3. Jo shakhs ramzan ka chand dekhe is par wajib hai ke ushi raat uss muqam ke logoon ko khabar karde.

4. Ramzan ke chand mein jabke matla saaf naho (abar ho ya qubaar aalood ho) sirf ek admi ki khabar maqbool hojati hai ba-sharte wo musalman, akhil, baliqh aur aadil ho (khaw mard ho ya aurat) aur agar matla saaf hoto phir ek aadmi kafi nahi jamaat e kasira ki zarurat hai.

Roze ke ahkaam wa aksaam:-

1. Farz e Moayyan:- Mahe Ramzan ke Aadayi Roze.

2. Farz e ghair Moayyan:- Mahe Ramzan ke kazayi Roze.

3. Wajib e Moayyan:- (A) Nazar Moayyan ke  (yani kisi khas din ya tariq mein roza rakhne ki mannat mane to ishi din ya tariq ko roza rakhna wajib hai).

(B) Jisne ramzan ya eid ka chand khud dekha ho aur kisi wajah se iski gawahi qubool na hue hoto uspar in dono dino ka roza wajib hai.

4. Wajib e ghair Moayyan:- (A) kaffare ke roze (B) nazar ghair moayyan ke roze (jinme din tariq ki taqsis na ho). (C) Jin nafil rozoon ko shuru karke todh diye ho unki khaza.

5. Sunnat:- (A) Ashore (Moharram ki 10vi) ka roza aur iske saat 9vi ka bhi. (B) Arfa (Zil-Hajj ki 9vi) ka roza (C) Ayyame baiz yani har mahine ki 13,14 aur 15 ke roze.

6. Nafil:- (A) Sitte Shawwal yane mahe shawwal mein 6 roze. (B) Mahe Shaban ki 15vi ka roza. (C) Juma ka roza. (D) Peer (Monday) ka roza. (E) Thursday ka roza. (F) Saum e Dawoodi yani ek din Iftar ek din roza.

7. Makruh e Tanzihi:- (A) Sirf Aashore ka roza rakhna. (B) Sirf hafte ke din ka roza rakhna. (C) Darmiyan mein koi din naga kiye bagair hamesha roza rakhna. (D) Aurat ko bila ijazat e Khawindh (Shauhar/Husband) nafil roza rakhna.

8. Makruh e Tehrimi:- (A) Eid ul Fitr aur Eid ul Adha ke din ka roza rakhna. (B) Ayyam e Tashrik (Zil-Hajja ki 11, 12, 13vi mein roza rakhna.

Roze ke Ahkaam:- (A) Mahe Ramzan ka roza har musalman aakhil, baliq par farz e aain hai, mard ho ya aurat basharte ke aurat haiz wa nifaas se khali ho. (B) Roze ki farziyat ka munkir kafir hai. (C) Roze ka bila ouzr tark karne wala sakth guhangaar aur fasiq hai.

Roze ke wajib hone ki 3 shartein hain:-

1. Musalman hona (kafir par roza wajib nahi), 2. Aakhil hona (Majnoon par roza wajib nahi), 3. Baliqh hona (na-baliqh par roza wajib nahi hai).

Q6) Itekaf, nazar wa khaza roze rakhne ke ahkaam qalam bandh karte hue batlayiye ke koi insaan mukammal 1 mah ramzan majnoon raha to uska kya hukum aur uski kya muddat hai.

A) Itekaf ke Ahkaam:- Masjid mein ibadat ki niyat ke saath tehar ne ka naam itekaf hai. Ietekaf ka Hadees mein bahut sawab aya hai, Hazrat Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) ne farmaya ke mautakif guhanoon se baaz rehta hai aur nekiyoon se usey iss qadr sawab milta hai ke goya usne tamaam nekiyaan kiye hai.

Itekaf ki 3 qismein hain:-

(A) Wajib: Woh Itekaf hai jiski nazar ki jaye khaw wo nazar kisi shart par mauqoof ho ya naho.

(B) Sunnate Maukada: Ramzan ke aakhir ashre ka itekaf hai.

(C) Wajib aur Sunnate maukada ke alava baqhi itekaf mustahab hai. Itekaf Wajib aur Sunnate maukada dono mein roza shart hai.

Nazar ke Ahkaam:- (A) Nazar yani mannat manna jaez hai, aur mannat maankar iska pura karna wajib hai, basharteke mannat khilafe sharayi oumr ki naho, neez mannat ki puri shartein maujood ho. (B) Jis cheez ki mannat mane wo shara’ qisam wajibaat se ho jaise namaz, roza wagaira. (C) mannat sahi hone ke liye ye zaroori nahi ke dil mein iska irada bhi ho balke sirf zuban ka ietebar hai maslan dil mein ek roze ka khiyal thaa aur zuban se ek mahina laggaya toh ek hi mahine ke roze wajib hoge. (D) Agar koi shakhs ayyam e mamnu’a (Eid ul Fitr wa Azha, Zil-haj ki 11, 12, 13vi) ke rozoon ki nazar kare toh isko chahiye ke in dinoo mein roza na rakhe balke iske badle aur dino mein rakhle aur agar inhi dino mein rakhle toh nazar ada hojayegi lekin gunah hoga.

Khaza roze rakhne ke ahkaam:-  (A) Agar farz ya wajib moayyan roze bawaqt na rakhe hoon kwah kisi ouzr se ya bila ouzr rakhne ke baad kisi wajeh se toot gaye ho ya todh diye gaye hoto aur dino mein inki khaza rakhna lazim hai. (B) Agar roze budahpe wagaira ke ba-as khaza hue hon to unki khaza lazim nahi balke fidiya dena wajib hai (yani har roze ke badle ek miqdaar sadqa fitr ya ek miskin ko do waqt peyt bhar khana khilana). (C) Agar koi insaan mukammal ek mah ramzan majnoon raha to use chahiye ke ramzan ke baad us rozoon ki khaza karle aur yaad rahe ke agle ramzan shuru hone se pehle us rozoon ki khaza karle.

Q7) Ziyarate Nabavi (SAWS) se mutalooq aapne jo kitab mein ahkaam padhe hai iski ek note qalam bandh kare.

A) Hajj wa Umrah se farigh hone ke baad ya pehle ek aur cheez hai, jo ahle-imaan wa mohabbat ki jaan hai, maqsad e azam hai, sarmaya sa’adat dunia wa akhirat hai aur wo ziyarate Rausa e muqaddasa Rahmatul lil aalameen shafiul muznabeen Hazrat Muhammed Mustafa (SAWS) hai. Jo afzal mustahabaat balke wajib ke qareeb hai. Jiski nisbat irshad hai ke jo meri qabar ki ziyarat kare iske liye meri shafa’at wajib hai. Jisne hajj kia aur meri wafat ke baad meri qbar ki ziyarat ki woh aisa hai jaise meri zindagi mein meri ziyarat ki aur jiske tarq us ke liye wayeed hai, jisne haj kia aur meri ziyarat nahi ki usne mujh par zulm kia.

Allah subhana wa ta’la hum sabko bila ad matloob wa dayare mehboob (Makke mauzama wa Madine munawwara ki haziri ya farziyate Hajj ki takmeel aur sa’adate ziyarat se musharraf ki tourfeez ataa karey.

Q8) Ramzan ka ahteraam aur roza na tootne ki suratein ma’a makruhaat wa mubahaat wa ouzraat mukammal tehrir kare.

A) Ramzan ka ahteraam:-

Ramzan ke mehne mein roza toot jane ke baad lazim hai ke jis qadr din baqhi ho usko rozadar ki tarha guzar dia jaye. Yani qhane pine aur jima karne se dur rah eisa-ke ramzan ka ahteraam qayam rahe iss tarha agar musafir din mein apne ghar aajaye ya nabaliqh baliqh ho jaye ya haiz wa nifas wali aurat pak ho jaye ya majnoon accha ho jaye ya mariz tandurust ya koi kafir musalmaan ho jaye toh un tamaam logoon ko bhi bhaqa din rozedaroon ki tarha rehna chahiye.

Roza na tone ki suratein:-

1. Agar roza yaad na ho aur bhool kar kuch qha-pile ya jima kare.

2. Be-Ikhtiyar halaq me ghubaar ya dunwa ya makkhi chali jaye.

3. Be-Ikhtiyar qai (vomiting) ho jaye agar che moo bhar ho.

4. Ehtelaam ho jaye.

5. Datoon se khoon nikalkar halaq mein pahunch jaye magar thook par gali na hoto in tamaam suratoon mein roza nahi tootta.

Roze ke makruhaat:-

1. Bila-zarurat koi cheez chakna ya chabana.

2. Moo mein pani deyr tak rakhna.

3. Moo mein thook jamakar ke nigal jana.

4. Sehiri khane mein itni deyr karna ke subha hone ka andesha ho jaye.

5. Koiela chabakar danth (Tooth) manjna.

Roze ke mubahaat:- 1. Surma lagana, 2. Khushboo lagana ya soongna, 3. Kaan mein pani tapkana, 4. Aankh mein dawa dalna, 5. Apna thook nigal lena.

Roza na rakhne ke ouzaraat:-

1. Safar jaez ho ya na-jayez ho be-mashakkhat ho (jaise rail ka safar, hawai-jahaz ka safar waigaira), be-mashakkhat safar mein roza rakhna afzal hai. Aar roze ki niyyat karne ke baad safar shuru kia jaye toh is din roza pura karna lazim hai, agar roza todh de toh kaffara lazim na hoga sirf qaza wajib hogi, aur agar roza toodhkar safar shuru kare toh kaffara bhi lazim hoga.

2. Roza rakhne se mariz ko ziyadati marz ka qauf ho.

3. Hamal ba-shart yeke hamila ko roza rakhne mein apni jaan ya bache ko nuksan pahuncne ka qauf ho.

4. Bhook, piyas ka galba ke roze ka tahammul na ho sake aur halakat ka qauf ho.

5. Bhudapa jismein roz bar oz kamzori badti jaye aur roza rakhne ki takhat na ho.

6. Ikra yani roza na rakhne par majboor kia jana basharte ke jaan ka ya zarar shadeed ka qauf ho.

Q10) Istesqa ki tareef mahel namaz tariqa namaz zikar kare kya aurat namaz istesqa mein sharik ho sakti hai mukammal tehreer kare.

A) Istesqa ki tareef:- Istesqa kehte hai talabe barish ko, istelah shara mein khusk Sali ke waqt Allah tala se ba-tareeq maqsoos mein talab karna Istesqa kehlata hai.

Mehal Istesqa:- Jaha talaab, kunte, naher, bowli wagaira admiyoon ke pani pine janwaroon ke pilane aur khetoon ko seenchne ko na ho ya ho magar inmein ba-qadre kafi na ho aur iski shaded zarurat ho wahan Istesqa mashruh hai (yani ayse muqam ke loog bargahe azdi mein barish ke liye dua mange.

Namaz e Istesqa ka tariqa: 1. Istesqa mein jama’at ke saath namaz masnoon nahi (al-lahida al-lahida padhle to muzaika nahi) aur ismein Khutba  bhi nahi (sirf dua aur istegfar hai) aur chadar lautana bhi nahi ye mazhab hazrat imam e Azam ka hai. Lekin sahibeen RA ke paas masnoon hai ke imam jama’at se (bila azan wa aqamat) 2 rakat namaz padhaye aur dono rakatoon mein qirat jaher se kare aur afzal ye hai ke pehli rakat mein (sabbih isma rabbika al-‘a’la, surah 87) aur dusri rakat mein (Hal ataaka hadeesul ghaashiyah, surah 88) padhe aur namaz ke baad talwar ya asa par sahara dekar zameen par khada ho aur logoon ki taraf moo karke 2 Khutbe padhe aur dono khutboon ke darmiyan jalsa kare aur agar chahe ekhi Khutba  padhe. Khutba  mein dua, tasbih, istagfaar aur musalmano ke liye dua e magfirat ho. Jab thoda sa Khutba  padh chuke toh apni chadar lautaye istarah ke chadar marba hoto upar ka rukh niche aur niche ka rukh upar kare ya (madhur hoto) dahini taraf ka kinara bayein taraf aur bayein taraf ka kinara dahini taraf karle (chada sirf imam lautaye muqtadi na lautaye) fatwa sahibeen ka qaul par hai.

2. jab imam Khutbe se farigh hoto qible ki taraf moo karke phir apni chadar ko lautaye aur khade hue sabbih isma rabbika al-‘a’la ki dua mein mashghool ho.

3. muqtadi Khutba  aur dua dono waqt qible ki taraf moo kiye baite rahe Khutbe ke waqt khamoosh rahe aur dua ke waqt aameen kehte jahe.

4. Imam ko chahiye ke kamzoroon, zayifoon aur bachoon ka wasta de kar dua mange aur dua ke waqt apne dono haath aasmaan ki taraf uthaye haathoon ko khoob bulandh kare ishi tarah aur loog bhi haath uthaye.

5. Dua ke liye haath istarah utaye jaye ke hateliya zameen ki taraf ho aur unki pushth aasmaan ki taraf (bar khilaf aur duaoon ke).

6. Istesqa ki dua masura ho yani in duaoon se koi dua ki jaye jo Hazrat Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) se marvi hai. (اللّهُمَّ اسْقِـنا غَيْـثاً مُغيـثاً مَريئاً مُريـعاً، نافِعـاً غَيْـرَ ضار، عاجِـلاً غَـيْرَ آجِل) / Transliteration: “Allahummas-qina ghaythan mugheethan maree-an mureeAAan, nafiAAan, ghayra dar, AAajilan ghayra ajil.” Translation: “O Allah, send upon us helpful, wolesome and healthy rain, beneficial not harmful rain, now, not later.”

7. Agar Istesqa ko nikalne se pehle barish shuru hoto bhi mustahab hai ke Allah tala ke shukria ke taur par saira ki taraf bhighte hue chale jaye ta-ke bargahe rahmat mein ziyadati ho.

8. Agar barish kasrat se ho aur lagatar silsila jari rahe jisse nuqsan ka qauf hoto iske bandh hone ki dua karna jaez hai, iski masura dua ye hai:- " ALLAHUMMA HAWALAINA WALA AALINA ALLAHUMMA AALAL AAKAMI WAL JIBALI WAZZIRABI WAL AODIYATI WA MANABITIL SHAJR.

Istesqa ka Tariqa:- Istesqa ke liye mustahab ye hai ke badhshahe waqt logoon ko hukum de ke 3 roz tak roza rakhe gunahoon se tauba kare muzalim se baaz aye haqdaroon ke huqooq ada kare phir chaute roz zayifoon aur bachoon ko lekar sehre ke taraf nikle istarah ke sab phatte purane pewan lage magar pak kapde pehne, apne saroon ko jhukaye hue chale ta ke inki suratoon se bhi ajizi miskinat khushu wa khuzu zahir ho (barhana sar aur barhana paier hoto behtar hai) aur gharoon se nikalne ke pehle maqdoor muwafiq khair khairat kare aasarnau tauba wa astagfar karle, musalmanoo ke liye dua magfirat kare aur Hazrat Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) par durood behje ishi tarha barabar 3 roz tak sehra ki taraf nikle aur har roz kamzoroon, zayifoon aur bachoon ko zaroor hamra le ye bhi hukm hai ke chote chote bachoon ko inki maaoon se dur rakhe ta ke bachoon ke rone chillane aur fariyaad wazari karne se logoon ko quqhth ho aur iski wajeh se dariya e rahmat bari josh mein aajaye neez janvaroon ko bhi saath lejana mustahab hai aur inke bachoon ko bhi inki maaoon se juda rakhna chahiye.

Q11) Zakat ki tareef ma’a sharaet wajib aur iska hukum aur sehat aadae zakat ki shartein tehreer karein.

A) Zakat ki tareef:- Zakat ke mane logat mein pak hone aur barkat aur badhne ke hai. Aur istelah shara mein apne maal ke ek jazo ka jisko shariat ne mukharrar kar diya hai khawlisan lillah kisi musalman faqir ko (jo syed ya syed ka shara’e gulam na ho) (poori tarah) Maalik kardena chunke is fa’al se baqhi maal pak hojata hai aur ismein haq tala ki taraf se barkat inayat hoti hai aur is maal ki dunia mein taraqqi hoti hai aur akhirat mein Allah paak iska 10 times gunah balke isse bhi ziada sawab ata farmata hai, isliye iska naam zakat rakhagaya hai.

Zakat ka hukum:-

1. Zakat har musalman akhil baligh par (khaw mard ho ya aurat) farze ain hai

2. Zakat ki farziyat ka munkir kafir hai.

3. Zakat ka ada na karne wala fasiq, ada mein takhir karne wala gunehgar aur ada se rokne wala mustahaq e qatl hai.

Zakat ke wajib hone ki 10 shartein hai:- 1. Musalman hona, 2. Azad hona, 3. Baligh hona, 4. Aakhil hona, 5. Nisab ka hona, 6. Milke taam hona, 7. Maal ka hajate asli se ziada hona,  8. Kharzdar na hona, 9. Nisab ka name hona, 10. Maal par kamil ek saal guzar jana.

Sehat Adaye Zakat ki 6 Shartein hai:- 1. Musalman hona, 2. Aakhil hona, 3. Baligh hona, 4. Zakat dete waqt ya kul maal se miqdaar zakat alhayeda karte waqt zakat ki niyyat karna. 5. Jis shakhs ko zakat dijaye isko zakat ka maalik wa khaabis bana dena, koi shakhs kuch khana pakwakar faqiroon ko ghar mein jama karke khilade aur zakat ki niyyat kare toh sahi nahi albatta wo khana faqiroon ko dede aur inhe iqtiyar keke usko jo chahe karle jaha chahe lejaye toh phir durust hai. 6. Zakat ka maal aise shakhs ko dena joh iska mustahaq hai.

Q12) Namaz e Eidian ke rakat wa takbiraat ma’a tariqa qalam bandh kare wa neez takbir tashreeq ke ahkam bayan kijiye. (Takbir Tashreeq refer from Q.No 2)

A) Namaz e Eidian ke rakat wa takbiraat:- 1) Har eid ki namaz ki 2-2 rakatein hai. 2) Eidian ki namaz mein alva mamuli takbiroon ke har rakat mein 3-3 istarah har namaz mein 6-6 takbirat-e-Eidian wajib hai. 3) Eidian ke namaz ki shuru rakat mein ruku ki takbir bhi wajib hai.

Namaz e Eidian ka tariqa:- Pehle namaz e eid ki niyyat kare. 2 rakat namaz eid ul fitr ada kartahoon 6 takbiroon ke saath Allah tala ke vaaste. Imam imaamat ki niyyat kare aur muqtadi iqteda ki niyyat kare phir takbire tehrima kehkar haath bandhle aur sana padhe phir imam aur muqtadi  Allahu Akbar kehte hue dono haath kanoo tak utaye aur chodhde, haath chodkar itni deir tawaqquf kare ke 3 martaba subhanallah ka waqfa  ho, phir dusri martaba ishi tarha Allahu Akbar kehte hue kano tak haath thaye aur chodhde aur ushi qadr tawaqquf, phir tisiri baar Allahu Akbar  kehte kanoo tak haath utha kar iss dafa na chode balke bandhle phir imam ahista tauz wa tasmia padhkar sureh fateha aur dusra surah jehar ke saath padhe aur qaide ke muwafiq ruku wa sujood wagaira karke dusri rakat shuru kare jab dusri rakat mein qirat sureh fateh dusra surah khatam kar chuke toh imam wa muqtadi har do phir Allahu Akbar kehte hue dono haath kano tak uthaye aur chodhde aur 3 tasbih ke muwafiq tawakkuf kare, ishi tarah dusri aur tisiri takbir kehte hue kano tak haath uthakar chodte jaye, phir bagair haath uthaye chauti takbir kehkar ruku mein jaye aur hasbe qaida namaz puri karle. Khatam namaz ke baad imam mimbar par khada hokar khutba padhe aur tamaam loog khamush baithe khutba sune Eidian mein bhi do khutbe hai aur dono ke darmiyan baithana masnoon hai.

Notes 1:- Eid uz zuha ki namaz ka bhi yehi tariqa hai. Albatta eidul fitr ke bajaye eiduz zuha ki niyyat kare. 2:- Eiduz zuha mein bhi woh sab cheezein masnoon wa mustahab hai jo eid ul fitr mein hai farq is qadr hai ke eid ul fitr mein eidgah jane se pehle koi cheez khana masnoon hai aur eid uz zuha mein eidgah se wapis an eke baad. Eid ul fitr mein raasta chalet waqt ahista takbir kehna masnoon hai aur eid uz zuha mein bulandh awaz se. Eid ul fitr ki namaz deir karke padhana masnoon hai aur eid uz zuha ki savere. Azan wa akhamat dono eidain ki namaaz mey nahi hogi.

Q13) Zakat ki farziyat wa fazilat aur uske ada na karne par wayidein se mutalik mazmoon tehrir kare

A) Zakat ki farziyat wa fazilat:-

 1. Zakat Islam ka tisara rukun hai.

2. Shariyate Mukhaddasa mein namaz ke baad sabse ziada iski takeed hai aur iski fazilat bhi bahut baar bayan hui hai.

3. Aur mutaddid baaz jagah alhahida bhi zikar hai.

4. Ahadees e sharifa mein bhi namaz aur zakat ka ek jagah bayan farmaya gaya hai.

5. Quran mein 32 baar namaz ke saat zakat ka bhi zikar aya hai.

6. Quran shareef mein zakat ada karne waloon ke lia badi badi bashratein hai. Sureh Nisa, Ayat no. 162 mein Tallah ta’ala ka irshad hai ke “ Aur namaz padhne wale aur zakat dene wale aur Allah par aur Qiyamat par iman rakhne wale yahi loog hai jinko hum bada ajr ata kareinge”.

7. Hadees shareef mein irshad hai ke Huzoor e kareem (SAWS) ne farmaya ke (A) Zakat dekar apne amwal ko masboot khiloon me mehfooz karlo. (B) Jis maal ki zakat nahi dijati wa maal zaya hojata hai. (C) apne amwal ki zakat nikallo ke paak karne wali hai, tum ko paak kardegi. (D) zakat islam ka pool hai. (E) tumhare islam ka pura hona ye hai ke apne amwal ki zakat ada karo.

Zakat ki Wayidein:- Quran mein Allah tala ka irshad hai ke “ aur jo loog Allah ke diye hue maal ki zakat dene mein bhukl karte hai wo ye na samjhe ke bhukl inke liye mufeed hai balke wo yakeen karle ke wo inke lia bura hai anqareeb qiyamat ke din jis cheez ke saath unhone bhukl kia hai iska tauq inhe pahuchaya jayega”. (Sureh Aale Imran ayah 180)

Iss ayate karim ke matlab ki tauzeeh Hadees sharif mein istarah farmayigayi hai, Hazrat e Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) ne farmaya ke, jisko Allah tala maal de aur wo uski zakat na ada kare toh uska wo maal qiyamat ke din uske samne ek maar e siya ki shakal mein zahir kia jayega jiske do nuqte hote hai, woh iski gardan mein lapat jayega aur iske dono jabdoon ko pakadlega aur kahega ke mai tera maal hoon tera khazana hoo:. Phir Aap (SAWS) ne is ayat ki tilawat farmayi. Tarjuma: “Aur jo loog sona aur chandi jama karte hai aur usko Allah ki raha mein kharch nahi karte zakat nahi dete toh aye Nabi aap unko ek dardnaak azaab ki khabar suna dijiye jis din ke woh sona, chandi dozak ki aag mein garam kia jayega phir use unki peshaniya aur unke pehloon aur unki petein dagi jayegi aur unse kaha jayega ke ye wahi sona chandi hai jisko tumne apne liye jama kia thaa, ab jo tumne jama kia tha iska maza chakho” (Sureh Tauba ayah 34,35)

Iss ayate karima ki mazeed tauzeeh Hadees sharif mein istarah hue hai Hazrat e Nabi e kareem alaihissalaam ne farmaya ke “koi rupiye dusre rupiye par na rakha jayega na koi ashrafi dusri ashrafi par rakhi jayegi balke zakat na dene wale ka jism itna bada kar dia jayega ke lakhoon carodoon rupiein jama kia hoto bhi har rupiye ka judagan daag hoga”

Q14) Namaze qusoof wa khusoof har ek ki tareef kijiye aur unke ahakamaat tafseel se tehreer farmaye.

A) Namaz e qusoof aur khusoof ki tareef:- Qusoof suraj grahan ko kehte hai. Khusoof chand grahan ko kehte hai. Hadees e shareef mein marvi hai ke Qusoof aur Khusoof kisi ki maut ka sabab nahi hote balke ye dono Allah tala ke khudrat ki nashaniya hai. Inse maqsood bandoon ko khuaf dilana hai, jab tum unko dekho toh namaz padho. Ek aur Hadees mein hai ke jab koi grahan ko dekhe khaw suraj grahan ho ya chand grahan ho to chahiye ke Allah tala se dua mange aur Allahu akbar kahe aur namaz padhe aur sadqa dein.

Namaz e qusoof ke ahkaam:-

1. Namaz e Qusoof sunnat hai. 2. Namaz e Qusoof jama’at se padhe jaye aur wohi imam padhaye jo juma padhata ho, agar imam maujood na hoto phir sab loog alahida alahida padhle khaw masjid mein ho ya apne apne ghar mein. 3. Namaz e Qusoof mein khutba nahi. 4. Namaz e Qusoof ke liye azan aur aqamat nahi. 5. Namaz e Qusoof ki do rakate hai aur iske padhneka wohi tariqa hai jo aur nawafil ka hai. 6. Namaz e Qusoof mein qirat jahar se na kare. 7. Namaz e Qusoof ke baad imam ko chahiye ke dua mein mashgool ho jaye aur muqtadi ameen ameen kahe. 8. Auqaate makruha mein namaz e qusoof na padhi jaye balke us waqt sirf dua aur istagfar kare.

Namaz e khusoof ke ahkaam:-

Khusoof ki namaz mustahab hai, khusoof ki bhi 2 rakatein hai, lekin isme jamat nahi hai. Iss namaz ke liye masjid jana bhi zaruri nahi alahida alahida apne apne ghar mein padhlein.

Q15) Sadqa e Fitr ke ahkaam aur iski miqdaar tehreer karo.

A) Sadqa e Fitr ke ahkaam:- Sadqa e Fitr wajib hai iske wajib hone ke liye sirf 3 cheezein shart hai 1. Azad hona, 2. Musalman hona, 3. Kisi ayse nisab ka malik hona jo asli hajat se ziad ho aur qarz se mehfooz ho.

Note:- maal ka na (Bhadne wala) hona ya ispar ek saal ka guzar jana shart nahim, na maal ka tijarati hona, ya sahebe maal ka baligh wa aakhil hona shart hai, hatta ke na-baligh bachoon aur majnoon par bhi sadqa fitr wajib hai inke aulia ko inki taraf se ada karna chahiye.

Sadqa e fitr ke sahi hone mein wohi sab shartein hai jo zakat ke sahi hone me thee. Sadqa e Fitr eid ul fitr ke din subah sadiq tulu hotehi wajib hota hai. Sadqa e Fitr ke adayi ka waqt tamaam umar hai, lekin mustahab waqt eidgah mein jane se pehle hai yani namaz eidul fitr ke liye eidgah se jane se qabl Sadqa e Fitr ada karna mustahab hai. Namaz ke baad bhi ada karle toh jayez hai aur jab tak ada na kare barabar wajibul ada rahega khaw kitnihi muddad guzar jaye sakhit nahoga. Sadqa e Fitr wajib hone ke lia roza rakhna shart nahi. Sadqa e Fitr apni zaat ki taraf se neez apni na-baligh aulad ki taraf se ada karna wajib hai, lekin agar khudh na-balighoon ka maal hoto inke maal mein se ada kare. Baligh aulaad ki taraf se Sadqa e Fitr ada karna wajib nahi (agarche wo baap hi ke zere parvarish ho) albatta majnoon hoto unki taraf se ada karna wajib hai. Maa par apne chote bachoon ki taraf se Sadqa e Fitr wajib nahi. Shohar par zauja ka Sadqa e Fitr wajib nahi (zauja ko apne maal mein se ada karna chahiye).

Sadqa e Fitr ki miqdaar ye hai ke agar giyahun (wheat) hoto aadah sa (1.25 kg) har shakhs ki taraf se dena chahiye aur agar jau ya khajur ya munaqqah hoto ek sa (2.50 kg) (Note:- giyahun ke alawa kuch dena chahatein hoto 1.25 giyahun ki qimat ke mutabiq kuch bhi de).  Ek shahks ka Sadqa e Fitr ek miskin ko dena behtar hai aur agar kayi masakeen ko diya jaye tab bhi jayez hai ishi tarah ek miskeen ko kayi ashkhas ka fitra dena bhi jayez hai. Sadqa e Fitr bhi unhi logoon ko dena chahiye jinko zakat de-sakte hai aur jinhe zakat nahi desakte unhe Sadqa e Fitr nahi dia ja sakta.

Q16) Zakat ke ahkaam aur nisab se kya murad hai.

A) Zakat ke ahkaam:- Mah ramzan ul Mubarak mein nikiyoon ka ajar kayi guna ziada milta hai isliye umuman zakat bhi is mah mein nikali jati hai ke maal pak hona aur barkat badhne ke hai. Shariyat mein baqadre nisab maal jispar ek saal guzar chukaho chaliswa (2.5%) fisad hisse ka mustahiq musalman ko malik bana dena hai.

Sona aur chandi ki zakat:- sona aur chandi kisi halat wa shakal mein ho maslan zewar bartan wagaira inmein 2.5% fisad zakat farz hai. Chandi ka nisab 425 gram 285 milligram hai aur sone ka nisab 60 gram 755 milligram hai. Chandi aur sone ki qimat jo iss waqt bazaar mein qaraar paye iss naqd (price rate) ke bamaujib naqadh ya jins kharid kar zakat mein dija sakti hai.

Q17) Nisab ahle khidmat e shareya ka kyun madoon kia gaya aur iski zarurat kyun mehsoos kigayi mukammil tafseel bayan karte hue sahebe kitab ke mutaliq apne malomaat ko qalm bandh kare.

A) Maullif kitab e haza Qazi Gulaam Mohiuddin sahib marhum qazi karkar ghanpura zilla mahboobnagar ki paidaish ba-tariq 21 moharram 1300 hijri mein huwi. Aapke walid ka naam Muhammed Umar marhum hai. Qaza’at apke maurase aulia Qazi Shaik Rafiuddin sahib toh Aurangzaib Aalamgiri (RA) ne ata ki. Aap Jamia Nizamia ke farig ut tahseel hai. Shaik ul Islam Hafiz Muhammed Anwaar Ullah Farooqi fazilate jung alahi rahma ne apko islah ahle khidmat sharayi ke lia tarteeb e nisab ka kaam unke zimme dia hai. Apne hukum ki tameel farmate hue Nisab Ahle Khidmate Sharai ki talif farmayi, jismein tamaam deeni masael ko jama farmaya. Bani e Jamia ne iss kitab ko bahut pasand farmaya aur nizamia ke nisab mein isko shamil kia gaya.

Q18) Juma ke fazail aur Sabiqa Ummatein

A) Ahadisa sharifa mein juma ke din ko Syedul Ayyaam, Khairul Ayyam, Afzalul ayyam, Shahed, Yaumul mazeed aur Eid ul Momineen farmaya gaya hai.

1. Ahadise e sharifa:- Huzoor Sallalahu Alaihi wasallam irshad farmate hai ke tamaam dino se behtar juma ka din hai. Issi mein Hazrate Adam Alaihissalaam paida kiye gaye, issi din wo jannat mein bheje gaye aur issi din jannat se bahar laye gaye aur qiyamat bhi issi din hogi.

2. Ahadise e sharifa:- Huzoor Sallalahu alaihiwasallam irshad farmate hai juma ka din tamam dino ka sardar hai aur Allah pak ke paas sabse ziada buzurg hai eid ul fitr aur eid ul azha se bhi ziada ba-azmath hai.

3. Ahadise e sharifa:- Huzoor Sallalahu Alaihi wasallam irshad farmate hai tumhare sab dino mein juma ka din afzal hai issi din suur punka jayega, issi din mujhpar ba-kasrat durrod bhejo ke wo mere saamne laya jata hai.

4. Ahadise e sharifa:- Huzoor Sallalahu Alaihiwasallam irshad farmate hai shahed se murad juma ka din hai koi din juma se ziada buzurg nahi ismein eksa’at aysi hai ke us waqt musalman Allah tala se dua kare toh qubool hoti hai.

5. Ahadise e sharifa:- Huzoor Sallalahu Alaihi wasallam irshad farmate hai juma ka din Allah tala ke nasdiq yaumul mazeed yane behisab dene ka din hai. Ahle asmaan mein iska yehi naam hai aur yehi wo din hai jismein jannat ke andar Janab e Bari tala ka didaar hoga.

6. Ahadise e sharifa:- Huzoor Sallalahu Alaihi wasallam irshad farmate hai musalmano iss din ko Allah tala ne eid muqarrar farmaya hai. Bus is din ghusul karo aur maujood hoto khusboo lagao aur miswak ko iss din lazim karlo.

7. Ahadise e sharifa:- Huzoor Sallalahu Alaihi wasallam irshad farmate hai juma ki raat noorani raat hai aur juma ka din munawwar din hai.

8. Ahadise e sharifa:- Huzoor Sallalahu Alaihi wasallam irshad farmate hai jo musalman juma ke din ya juma ki raat mein marta hai uske lia shaheed ka ajar likha jata hai aur Allah tala usko Azab e qabar se mehfooz rakhta hai.

9. Ahadise e sharifa:- Huzoor Sallalahu Alaihi wasallam irshad farmate hai har roz dopahar ke waqt dozakh teez ki jati hai magar juma ke din juma ki barkat se teez nahi ki jati.

Juma aur Sabiqa Ummatein:-

Ahdise sharifa se sabit hai ke agli ummatoon ko bhi Allah tala ne juma ke din jama hone aur ibadat karne aur shukre niymat baja lane ka hukum tha. Magar unho ne badh-nasibi se ismein ikhtelaf kia aur iss sa’adat se mehroom rahe aur ye fazilat bhi ssi ummatein marhuma ke hisse mein ayi yane juma ke badle yahudiyoon ne shambe ka din mukharrar kia, iss khiyaal se ke khud wande aalam tamaam makhluqat ki paidaesh se issi din farigh hua. Aur nasara ne ekshambe ko qkhtiyar kia iss khiyal se ke ye aaghaaz ka din hai, chunache ye dono firkhe abtak indono dino mein nihayat ahtemaam karte aur sab karobaar chodkar ibadat mein masroof rehte hai. Lekin juma ka din kyunki nasal insane ke assal awwal Hazrat Adam Alaihi salaam paidaesh ke lehaz se nuh insaan ke saath khas munasibat rakhta tha aur Allah tala ka pasindida aur muntakhib farmuda bhi tha isliye iss din ko bahidayat Ilahi is uummate marhuma ne paya. Hadise shareef mein warid hai ke Huzoor Nabi e kareem (SAWS) ne farmaya ke hum (bilihaz zamana) pechle hai lekin (amlan) sabse agle hai is (Ibadat ke maqsoos din yane juma) mein sab loog hamare piche hai. Yahood hum se dusare din shamba mein hai aur nasara tisere din ekshamba mein aur jis tarha hamara dil dunia mein in ke din par mukhaddum hai ishi tarha qiyamat mein bhi Ummate marhuma in par muqaddam hogi ke awwal yahi ummat hisab wa kitab se faraghat pa jayegi.

Q19) Namaz e Juma ki takeed, Farziyat wa fazilat

A) Namaz e Juma ki takeed:- Namaz e Juma Islam ke ala aur aham faraez se hai jisko tamaam farz namazoon mein ek khaas imtiyaz hasil hai. Iski ada ka wahi waqt hai jo zohar ke ada ka hai, magar zohar ki ada se ziada iske ada ki takeed aur iske ada ka sawab bhi zohar ke sawab se ziada hai neez iske tark ki saza aur azab zohar ke tark ki saza aur azab se bahut ziada sakth hai. Al garz juma ki namaz panchgana namazoon mein ek maqsoos aur mustakhil namaz hai aur farz e aain hai iski nisbat Quran e Majeed mein irshad hota hai. Aye iman waloon jab namaz juma ke lia azan kahi jaye toh tum loog Allah tala ke zikr (khutba wa namaz) ki taraf daudo fauran jao aur kharid wa faroog chodhdo ye tumhare liye behtar hai agar tum jano (Sureh Juma, ayat – 9)

Namaz e juma ki Farziyat wa Fazilat:- Ahadise sharifa mein warid hai ke Huzoor Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) ne farmaya ke juma masakin aur fuqara ka Haj hai, juma meri ummat ke faqiroon ka hajj, namaz juma jamat ke saath har musalman par haq wajib hai bajuz 4 ashkhas k eek ghulam dosara aurat tisara ladaka chauta bimar in par farz nahi ishi tarha musafir aur na-bina par farz nahi, jo shakhs juma ke din ghusul aur taharat ba-qadre imkan kare aur phir balloon mein tayl lagaye aur khushbu ka istemal kare iske baad namaz ke liye jaye aur jab masjid mein pahunche toh kisi shakhs ko iski jagah se uthakar na baiteh pahir jis qadr nawafil iski qismat mein hoon padhe phir jab imam Khutba  padheine lage toh khamoosh rahe to aise shakhs ke ghunah iss waqt se dusare juma tak mauf hojayege

A. Jo koi juma ke din acchi tarha ghusul kare aur savere jama-masjid piyadapa jaye sawar ho kar na-jaye phir khutba sune aur iss asna mein koi laufz fail na kahe toh isko har qadam ke auoz kamil ek saal ki ibadat ka sawab milega ek saal ke rozon ka ek saal ki namazoon ka.

Q20) Tarke Juma ki wayeedein mukammal qalam bandh kijiye.

1. Hadees Shareef:- Huzoor Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) farmate hai ke mera musammam irada hua ke kisiko apni jagah imam karoon aur khud un logoon ke gharoon ko jaladun jo juma me hazir nahi hote.

2. Hadees Shareef:- Huzoor Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) farmate hai ke juma ki namaz tark se baaz rahe warna Allah ta’la unke diloon par mohar kardega phir wo sakht ghaflat mein padh jayegein.

3. Hadees Shareef:- Huzoor Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) farmate hai jo shakhs bila zarurat juma ki namaz tark karta hai wo munafiq likhdiya jata hai aysi kitab mein jo kabhi mitne wali hai na badalne wali.

4. Hadees Shareef:- Huzoor Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) farmate hai jo shakhs 3 jumein bila uozr tark karde toh Allah tala uske dil par mohar kardete hai.

5. Hadees Shareef:- Huzoor Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) farmate hai ke Allah subhana wa tala isse bezar hote hai jisne pai dar pai musalsal 3 juma tark kardiye bilashuba isne Islam ko pase pusht daldiya.

6. Hadees Shareef:- Huzoor Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) farmate hai jo shakhs Allah tala par aur roze qiyamat par iman rakta ho isko juma ke din namaz e juma padhna farz hai. Magar mariz, musafir, aurat, ladka aur ghulam (mustasna hai). Bus agar koi shakhs namaz e juma chodhkar laghu kaam ya tijarat mein mashghool hojaye Allah tala bhi isse ayeraaz fermata hai aur wo beniyaz aur mehmood hai yani isko kisi ki ibadat ki parwah nahi aur wo bahema sifat mausoof hai.

7. Hadees Shareef:- Huzoor Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) Khutba  padha aur Khutbe mein farmaya. “Aye logoon marne se pehle tauba karo aur neik kaam karne mein jaldi karo aur yaad e khuda ki kasrat aur zahir wa poshida sadqe ki kasrat, jo talukhat tumhare aur tumhare Rab ke darmiyan hai inko milao agar aysa karoge toh tumhe rozi dijayegi aur tumhari madad ki jayegi aur tumhari shikastagi duur ki jayegi aur jaanlo ke Allah tala ne tumpar juma farz kia hai issi muqam mein issi mahine mein issi saal mein qiyamat tak farz rahegi. Jo shakhs meri zindagi mein ya mere baad halka jaan kar ya bataur inkar juma ko tark kare aur iska koi iman ho adil ya zalim toh Allah tala iski pareshaniyoon ko dafa na kare na iske kisi kaam mein barkat de. Aagah raho ke iski namaz qubool hogi, na zakat, na roza, na Hajj, na koi neki jab tak ke woh tauba na kare agar tauba karle toh Allah tala iski tauba qubool farmaega.

Q21) Namaz e juma ka hukum, Wajib aur sahi hone ki shartein qalam bandh kijiye.

A) Namaz e juma ka hukum:- Namaz e juma farz e aain hai. Quran e majeed, Ahadis e sharifa aur ijma e ummat se sabit hai aur banisbat namaz e zohar ke ziada maukada hai iski farziyat ka munkir kafir hai aur beuozr tark karne wala fasiq hai.

Namaz e juma ke wajib hone ki 6 shartein hai:- 1. Muqeem hona, 2. Tandurust hona, 3. Aazad hona, 4. Mard hona, 5. Jame masjid tak chalne par qadir hona, 6. Bina hona.

Hazbe zail afrad par namaz e juma wajib nahi:- 1. Bimar, 2. Bimardaar par jabke koi khabargir na rahe, 3. Nihayat zayeef aur budeh par, 4. Ghulam, 5. Aurat, 6. Ayse langde par jo masjid tak na ja sakta ho . 7. Andhe par jab ke masjid tak usko pahuchane wala koi nahi ho.

Notes:- 1. Agar musafir, bimar, ghulam, aurat, langada, andha juma ada kare toh namaz hojayegi aur zohar ka farz unke zimme se utar jayega. 2. Ayse logoon ko juma wajib nahi zohar ke bajaye juma padhna afzal hai. 3. Aurat ko juma ke bajaye zohar hi padhna afzal hai.

Namaz Juma ke sahi hone ki shartein: 1. Misar (yane jaha badi se badi masjid me wahan ke rahne wale nasama sakein), 2. Baadhshah Islam, 3. Waqt Zohar, 4. Khutba , 5. Jamat, 6. Izne aam.

Q22) Khutbe ki Sunnatein, Mustahabaat aur Makruhaat qalam bandh kare.

A) Khutbe ki Sunnatein:- 1. Ba-Taharat Khutba  padhna, 2. Qhade hokar Khutba  padhna. 3. Khateeb ka khaum ki taraf muh karna, 4. 2 Khutbe padhna. 5. Donoo Khutboon ke darmiyan itni deyr baitna ke 3 ayatein padh sake ya Khutba padhne wale ke tamaam aazayein qarar payegana, 6. Khutba  shuru karne se qabl dil mein tauz padhlena, 7. Khutba  aysi awaz mein padhna ke loog sun sake, 8. Khutba  Al-Hamdulillah se shuru karna. 9. Khutba  oola mein 3 cheezon ka hona Allah tala ki hamd wa sana iski wahdaniyat ki shahadat Hazrat Rasool e Kareem (SAWS) ki Risalat ki shahadat aap par Durood e shareef musalmano ko vaaz wa nasihat Quran e Majeed ki 3 choti ayatein ya ek badi ayat aur Khutba sania mein phir hamd w asana shahadatein, Durood e Shareef aur Quran e Majeed ki ek ayat padhna aur vaaz wa nasihat ke bajaye musalmano ke lia dua karna, 10. Khutba  ko ziada lamba na karna balke har doo Khutboon ko tilawate mufassal mein se kisi sureh ke barabar karna. Note: Khutba  muqtasar aur namaz se kam rahe aur namaz ba-muqabale Khutba  taweel. 11. Khutba  mimbar par padhna, 12. Doono Khutboon ka Arabic zuban mein hona.

Note: Khutba  Arabic mein padhna sunnat e maukada hai Arabic ke siva kisi aur zuban mein padhna ya Arabic ke saath kisi aur zuban ka nazm ya nasr mila dena khilafe sunnat e maukada aur makruhe tahrimi hai.

Note: Badan dhanke huwe Khutba  padhna aur Khutba  padhte waqt asa pakadhna aur Khutba  shuru karne se pehle jabke mauzan dusiri azan kehta ho imam ka mimbar par baitna ye umur bhi sunnat hai.

Khutbe ke Mustahabaat:- 1. Khutbe mein hamd w asana shahadatein ke baad lafz am-maba’ad se padhe wa nasihat shuru karna, 2. Khutba  sania mein Hazrat Nabi e Kareem (SAWS) ki aal e athar, Azwaje mutaharraat, sahaba ekraam, khususan khulafa e rasheedeen wa ashra e mubash-shara aur Hazrat (SAWS) ke ammain mukarramain Hazrat Hamza (RA) aur Hazrat abbas RaziAllahu tala alaihim ajmayeen ka zikr aur inke liye dua karna.

Note: Baadhshah e Islam ke liye bhi dua karna jayez hai. 3. Dusare Khutbe ko ba nisbat pehle Khutbe se zara pasth awaz se padhna. 4. Khatib ka juma ke din siya amaama bandhna.

Khutbe ke Mukruhaat:- 1. Dusiri azan khatam hone se pehle Khutba  shuru kar dena. 2. Sirf Khutbe oola par ittefa karna ya 2 Khutboon ke darmiyan jalsa tark kar dena. 3. Khutbe ko ziada taweel kardena ya 3 ayatoon se bhi kam kar dena. 4. Khatib ka Khutba  padhne ke halat mein kalam karna.

Q23) Namaz e Juma ke Ahkaam Mukammal Tehreer kijiye.

A) Namaz e Juma ke Ahkaam:- 1. Juma ke din bajaye 4 rakat namaz e zohar ke 2 rakat juma faz hai. 2. Farz juma ke pehle 4 phir farz ke baad 4 istarah juma ki 8 rakatein sunnat e maukada hai. 3. 4 Rakat sunnat badal juma ke baad phir 2 rakat padhna mustahab hai. 4. Agar koi shakhs khudba padhte waqt aye toh woh 4 rakat sunnat khablal juma na padhe, balke khutba sune mein mashgool hojaye aur farz juma ke baad in sunnatoon ko ada karle. 5. Namaz e juma ki pehli rakat mein sureh juma aur dusiri rakat mein sureh munafiqhoon ya pehle mein sabbih isme rabbikal aala aur dusiri mein hal ataka hadisul ghashiya padhna masnoon hai. 6. Juma ke farz mein qirat jehar se padhi jaye. 7. Jo shakhs sab namaziyoon mein imamat ke layak hai, wohi juma mein bhi imamat ke layak hai. 8. Jo shakhs khutba padhe uska namaz padhna behtar hai, aur agar koi dusara padhaye tabbhi jayaz hai ba-sharte ke usne khutba suna ho. 9. Us shakhs ko jisne khutba na suna ho imam banakar namaz padhana durust nahi. 10. Agar namaz shuru kardene ke baad imam ke hadas hojaye aur woh us waqt kisi shakhs ko khalifa banade toh usmein ye shart nahi ke khudba sunne mein sharik ho balke jisne khutba nahi suna iska khalifa banana bhi durust nahi. 11. Musafir ya bimar ya ghulam jin par namaz juma farz nahi agar ye namaz e juma ke imam banaye jaye toh jayaz hai. 12. Khutba khatam hote hi fauran akhamat kehkar namaz shuru kardena masnoon hai, khutba aur namaz ke darmiyan koi duniyavi kaam ya baat cheet karna durust nahi. 13. Agar Koi shakhs namaz e juma ke qaide mein Attahiyatu padhte waqt ya sajda sahu ke baad aakar mile toh iski shirkat sahi jojayegi bus woh 2 rakat namaz e juma tamaam karle zohar na padhe. 14. Jis shakhs par juma farz hai isko shaher mein juma hojane se pehle zohar padhna makruhe Tehrimi hai, aur zohar padhlene ke baad bhi jume ke liye jana farz hai. Phir agar juma ke liye masjid jaye aur us waqt imam namaz e juma mein hoto uski namaz e zohar batil hojayegi, usko chahiye ke agar juma mil jaye to padhle warna dobara zohar ki namaz padhle.
