Wazu ke Faraiz:- Wazu mein 4 cheezein Farz hai:-
1) Tamaam Chehre ka

Mazoor
ka Wazu:-
Wazu mein jin aaza ka dhona farz hai, agar
inmein dard ho ya koi aazu phat gaya ho ya aur koi marz ho jiski wajah se inpar
pani bahana nuqsan karta ho toh aysi haalat mein inka dhona zaroori nahi – sirf
in par masah karlena chahiye aur agar masah bhi nuqsan kare toh yunhi chodh dein.
Agar kisi shakhs ko koi aysa marz ho jismein wazu ko todhne wali cheezein
barabar jaari rehti hoon. Maslan kisiko hamesha paishab jaari rehta hoon ya reh
kharij hoti ho ya zakham se ratubat behti ho ya bawasir ya istehaaza wagaira
hoto ayse shakhs ko har Namaz ke waqt naya wazu karle na chahiye.

Ghusl ke Faraiz:- Ghusl me 3 Farz hain:-

1) Dono haathoon ka

Ghusl
ke Mustahabaat:- Ghusl mein Mustahab ye hain:-

Bismillah kehna.

Ghusl
ke Makruhaat:- Ghusl mein ye umoor makruh hai:-
1) Bila zaroorat
aysi jageh nahana jahan kisi gair mehram ki nazar pahunch sake.
2) Barhana nahana
wale ko Qible ruh hona.
3) Bismillah ke
siwa aur duaoon ka padhna.
4) Bila zaroorat
kalaam karna.
5) Wo umoor jo wazu me makruh hai.
Wajibaat
(Maujibaat) e Ghusl:- Wo umoor jinki wajah se Ghusl farz
hota hai
1) Shahawat se mani
nikalna.
2) Ahtelaam hona.
3) Wati karna.
4) Haiz ka maukhoof
hona.
5) Nifaas ka
maukhoof hona.

nadi, nehar, talab, houz, chashma, kunye ka pani, pigla huwa barf, oole aur
shabnam ka pani.
2)
Aab e Muqayyid ki Tareef:- Wo pani hai jisko aam
bool chaal mein pani nahi kehte. Jaise:-
Gulab, Tarbooz ka pani, Nariyal ka pani.
Note:-
Aab e Muqayyid se wazu wa ghusl durust nahi albatta na-paak cheezein paak ho
sakti hai.
3) Aab e Jari ki Tareef:- Wo
pani hai jisko loog behta huwa kahein.
4)
Aab e Rakid ki Tareef:- Wo pani hai jo ek jageh
tehra huwa ho.
5)
Aab e Kaseer ki Tareef:- Wo pani hai jiski ek
taraf harkat dene par dusri taraf uska asar na ho.
6)
Aab e Khaleel ki Tareef:- Wo pani hai jo kaseer na
ho, yani dah dar dah se kam ho dah dar dah yani 10 ghaz tool 10 ghaz arz marbah
ho wo aab e khaleel hai.
7)
Aab e Musta’mal ki Tareef:- Wo pani hai jis se hadas
duur kia jaye ya sawab hasil karne ke liye sarf kia jaye.
1)
Aab e Mutlaq ke Ahkaam:-
a) Aab e Mutlaq
paak hai aur usse wazu wa ghusl bhi durust hai aur na-paak cheezein bhi paak hojati
hai.
b) Aab e Mutlaq
ziada tehre ya bandh rehne ya kisi bartan mein rakhe rehne se ya usmein
darakhtoon ke phool patte girne se na-paak nahi hota.
c) Agar che uske
tenoon wasf (rang, boo, mazah) badal jaye.
d) Agar Aab e Mutlaq me koi na-paak shaiy mil jaye maslan chuna ya koi aysi cheez milayein ya milakar pakayein jisse maqsood mail saaf karna ho. Jaise:- saaboon ya baira ke patte wagaira jiski wajah se (rang, boo, mazah) badal jaye lekin pani ki tabiyat na badle yani patlapan aur naan bakhi rahe to usse wazu aur ghusl durust hai.
3)
Aab e Jaari ke Ahkaam:-
a) Aab e Jaari
najasat ke girne ya kisi jaanwar ke gir kar mar jane se na-paak nahi hota jab
tak ke uska koi wasf (rang, boo, mazah) badal na jaye.
b) Agar ek wasf bhi
badal jaye to na-paak hojayega.
c) chath ke par-naale se jo mayh ka pani gire wo aab e jaari ke hukum me dhakhil aur paak hai.
4)
Aab e kaseer ka bayan:-
a) Aab e jaari ke
hukum mein hai yani najasat ke girne se na-paak nahi hota jab tak ke najasat ki
wajah se pani ka koi wasf badal na jaye.
b) Agar koi houz ya chashma aysa ho jiska pani upar se dah dar dah aur niche se kam ho uske bawajood najasat girne se wazu wa ghusl durust hai aur jo houz ya chashma upar se dah dar dah se kam aur niche se dah dar dah ho aur usmein najasat gir jaye toh usse wazu aur ghusl durust nahi jab tak ke upar ka pani khatm hokar dah dar dah ki hadh ko na pahunche.

Aab e Khaleel ke Ahkaam:-
a) Aab e khaleel
thodi si najasat (maslan ek khatra sharab, ya paishab, ya khoon, ya zara sa
paikhana) se na-paak hojata hai.
b) Jungle mein ja-ba-ja barish ka pani jo jama hojata hai agar wo khaleel hai aur ba-zahir ismein najasat nahi maloom hoti to paak hai.

Kunwein mein najasat wakeh hone par iski paaki ke ahkaam bayan kijiye aur kul
pani kab na-paak hoga bayan kijiye.
1. Kunwe ka pani
jab tak ke ismein koi aysi cheez na gire jiske girne se pani na-paak hojata
hai. Kunwe ka kul pani na-paak hojata hai.
2. Najasat thodi ho
ya bahut khafifa ho ya ghaliza maslan ek khatra (sharab ka, ya paishab ka, ya
khoon ka).
3. bade jism waale
jaandaar maslan (bakri, aadmi wagaira) kunwe me gir kar mar jayein.
4. Jin jaanwaroon
ke andar khoon jari ho khaw chote ho maslan chidiya chuha wagair.
Note:- Kunwe mein
girne waale jaanwaroon ki shariyat mein 3 qismein hai, Bakri, billi, chuha. Jo
jaanwar bakri ke barabar ya bakri se bada hai wo bakri ke hukum mein hai. Ishi
tarha jo jaanwar billi ke barabar ya billi se bada lekin bakri se chota hai wo
billi ke hukum mein hai, aur jo jaanwar chuhe ke barabar ya chuhe se bada lekin
billi se chota hai wo chuhe ke hukum mein hai.
5. Suwwar ka majarrad girne khaw mar ya na mare. Suwwar ka badan maslan paikhana paishab ke najasatain hai pas iska ek baal bhi kunwe mein gir jaye toh kul pani na-paak hojayega.
Wo
cheezein jinke girne se kunwe ka kul pani na-paak nahi hota aur unka hukum.
1) Chuha ya chidiya inke barabar ya inse bada magar billi se chota koi jaanwar kunwe mein gir kar marjaye ya mar kar gire lekin phule phate nahi toh kul pani na-paak na hoga aur us surat mein 20 ya 30 dool tak pani nikal dene se paak hojayega. (20 dool nikalna wajeeb aur 30 dool nikalna mustahab hai).
2) Billi ya kabutar
(ya inke barabar ya inse bada magar bakri se chota koi jaanwar) kunwe mein gir
kar mare, ya mara huwa gire lekin phule phate nahi toh kul pani na-paak na hoga
aur us surat mein 40 ya 60 dool tak pani nikalne se kunwa paak hojayega (40 dool
nikalna wajeeb aur 60 nikalna mustahab hai).
Jin
cheezoon se kunwa na-paak nahi hota.
1) Aab e jaanwar.
2) Oont wa bakri ki
ek ya do maygniyaan.
3) Kawwa, cheel,
wagaira ki bhaith gir ne se kunwa na-paak na hoga.
4) Aadmi ka ghosht

mein gir jaye aur zinda nikal aaye ya dool wagaira nikalne ke liye ghoota
lagaye to kunwa na-paak na hoga.
6) Ba-shart e ke
uske kapde ya jism par najasat na ho.
7) Agar (suwwar ke
siwa) koi bhi jaanwar kunwe mein gir jayein aur phir zinda nikal aaye toh kunwa
na-paak na hoga.

Jinka
jhoota paak hai:- Aadmi ka jhoota paak hai khaw Musalmaan ho
ya kafir mard ho ya aurat. Ghode, halaal jaanwar (chawpai ho ya parinde)
(Halaal ho ya Haraam) in sab ka jhoota paak hai bashart e ke inka moo najasat
aaloodah na ho.
Note:-
Kocha, gird, murgi aur gaye najaas khawar ka jhoota makruh hai.
Jinka
jhoota makruh hai:- Jo haram jaanwar ghar me rehte hai jaise:-
Billi, chuha, chipkali wagaira.
Jinka
ka jhoota mashqooq hai:- Khacchar, ghade ka
jhoota.
Jinka
ka jhoota na-paak hai:- Suvvar, kutta, haati wagaira kul
haraam chaupaye jaanwaroon ka jhoota na-paak hai.
Paseena
aur Luaab ka Hukum:- Aadmi ka paseena paak hai har jaanwar ka paseena aur
luaab is jhoote ke hukum mein hai agar jhoota paak hai to ye bhi paak aur agar
jhoota na-paak ya mashqooq wa makruh hai
toh ye bhi na-paak ya mashqooq wa makruh. Haati ki soont se jo luaab girta hai
won na-paak hai.

moo pehrna (istarha ke seene aur khadm Qible se na pehr paye.
7) Azaan aur Aqamat
ka Qibla rukh hokar kehna.
8) Azaan aur Aqamat
ke alfaz ka tarteebwaar kehna.
9) Azaan aur Aqamat ki haalat mein koi dusra kalaam na karna (agarche jawab e Salaam hi kyun na ho).

1. Azaan kehte waqt hadas e Akbar se paak hona Sunnat aur (Hadas e Akbar ke saath) Hadas e Asghar se bhi paak
hona Mustahab hai.
2. Aqamat kehte waqt in donoo se paak hona Sunnat hai.

Azaan ki tareef, Haqiqat wa Fazilat bayan karte hue ye bataye ke iska amal
Islam mein kis waqt se rayij huwa. Wa neez Azaan ke kalimaat tehreer kijiye.
A)
Azaan ki tareef:-
Azaan ke mane aagah wa khabardaar karne ke hai aur istelah shara mein Farz
Namazoon ke liye maqsoos tariqe aur muqarrarah kalimat ke zariye logoon ko
khabardaar karne ka naam Azaan hai.
Azaan ki Fazilat:-
Azaan Azkar e Ilahi mein ek bahut bade rutbe ki haamil hai ismein Tawheed wa
Risalat ki Shahadatain alal ailaan hoti hai. Isse Islam ki shaan aur barkat ka
izhaar hota hai. Iski Hadees mein badi fazilat aayi hai chunache Nabi e Kareem
(SAWS) ne farmaya Ambiya wa Shohada ke baad Azaan dene wale Jannat mein dakhil
honge aur farmaya ke Jahan tak Azaan jati hai wahan tak ki sab cheezein
qiyamat ke din Azaan dene wale ke Iman ki gawahi deinge aur Irshad huwa ke agar
logoon ko maloom hojaye ke Azaan kehne mein kis qadr sawab hai aur phir unko ye
mansab bagair khurra dale na mile toh woh zaroor khurra daleinge farmaya ke
agar koi shakhs 7 baras tak mehaz sawab ke waaste Azaan kahe toh iske liye
dozakh se najat aur Jannat ki khushkhabri hai. Azaan dete waqt shaitan par
nihayat khawf wa haibat taari hoti hai jisse wo
badh-hawaas hokar bhaghta hai. Jahan tak Azaan ki awaz jaati hai nahi teharta,
jis maqam par Azaan kahi jaati hai wahan Allah SWT ki Rahmat nazil hoti hai aur
wo maqam aafat aur balayyat se duur hota hai.
Azaan ki Haqiqat:-
Azaan ek muqtasar magar nihayat hi jamay aur mutabarrik kalaam hai.
Azaan ki Ibteda:-
Ibteda e Islam mein jab Namaz ka waqt hota toh loog ke khud-ba-khud Masjid mein
jama hojate thay, logoon ko Namaz ki ittelah dene ka abtak bada koi tariqa nahi
thaa, Nabi e kareem SAWS ne Sahaba e Ikram
se mashaura farmaya, kisine nakhoos istemaal karne ke baare mein arz kiya aur
kisine bagal bajane ke baare mein “Nakhoos” nasara ka tariqa thaa aur “Bagal”
yahudiyoon ka yahood wa Nasara se Mushabahat ki wajah se aapne un donoo
tariqoon ko pasand nahi farmaya. Hazrat Umar e Farooq RZ ne arz kiya ke Namaz
ke waqt koi shakhs Musalmanoon ki aabadiyoon mein jaakar Namaz ka aylaan karde
Nabi e Kareem SAWS ne is Mashoore ko pasand farmaya aur Hz. Bilaal RZ ko hukum
farmaya ke Namazoon ke waqt “Assalatu Jaamiatun” kahe kar Namazoon ka aylaan
kare, chunache is tarha Namaz ka aylaan hota raha. Ek Sahabi Hz. Abudullah bin
Zaid RZ ne khawb mein dekha ke koi Azaan ke alfaz kehraha hai, unhone Nabi e
Kareem SAWS ki khidmat e aqdas mein
hazir hokar apne khawb ka zikar kiya Nabi e Kareem SAWS ne farmaya ye saccha
khawb hai, ishi asna me Hz. Umar e Farooq RZ apni chadar kheencte huye hazir
hue aur arz kiya Ya Rasoolullah SAWS! Maine bhi ishi tarha khawb dekha, Aap ne
Hz. Abdullah bin Zaid RZ. Se farmaya ke Hz. Bilaal Rz ko ye kalimaat kehte jao
taake wo un kalimaat ke saath Azaan kahein kyunki wo buland awaz hai.
Azaan
ke Kalimaat:- Azaan ke Kul 15 Kalimaat hai.
ALLAHU AKBAR (4 Baar),
ASHADU-ALLAAILAHA-ILLALLAA (2 baar), ASH-HADU-ANNA-MUHAMMADAR-RASOOLULLAA (2

lehaz se Fajr ki Azaan mein 17 kalimaat hai.

Q11) Azaan wa Aqamat ke Kalimat ekhi hai ya alag-alag,
dono ke ahkam likhte huwe ye bhi wazeh kijiye ke na-baligh ladka majnoon ya
na-paaki ki halat mein bila wazu ya radio, TV ki Azaan ka kya hukum hai.
A) Azaan wa Aqamat ke kalimat ekhi hai, Aqamat mein
sirf (Khad kha ma tis-Salaah) ziada hai aur na-baligh, majnoon ya na-paaki ki
haalat mein bila-wazu ya radio, tv ki Azaan ka jawab nahi dena chahiye.
Wo ashkhaas jinke Azaan wa Aqamat na-jaiz
wa ya makruh hai:-
Na-samajh baccha, majnoon ki Azaan wa Aqamat
na-jaiz hai. Agar ye dono Azaan wa Aqamat kahein to lautana lazim hai. Aurat,
nashewaale aur fasiqh ki Azaan makruh hai. Lekin fasiqh ki Azaan baujood karahyat ke lautayi na jaye. Albatta aurat aur nashewaale ki Azaan ka lautana
mustahab hai. Junbi (wo shakhs jisko ghusl ki hajat ho) ki Azaan wa Aqamat dono
makruh hai, magar junbi ki Azaan lautayi jaye aur Aqamat na lautayi jaye,
na-baligh magar samajhdaar ladke ki Azaan wa Aqamat jaiz hai. Be-wazu shakhs ki
Azaan durust magar Aqamat makruh hai.

Q12) Azaan wa Namaz ke auqaat sharayi
wazahat se likhiye.
A) Fajar ka Waqt:- Subah
sadiqh se shuru hota hai aur kinarah aftab ke tulu hone tak rehta hai. Subah
sadiqh us safeedi ko kehte hai jo aasmaan ke mashriqi kinare par suraj nikalne
tak pehli hoti hai.
Zuhar
ka Waqt:- Zawaal e Aftaab ke baad shuru hota aur har
cheez ka saye (saye asli ki siva) do mashl (yani uske do barabar) hone tak
rehta hai (Namaz e Juma ka bhi yahi waqt hai).
Asar ka Waqt:-
say eke do mashl ho jane ke baad shuru hota hai aur aftab ke gurub hone tak
rehta hai.
Maghrib
ka Waqt:- Aftab e Guroob hone ke baad shuru hota aur
safaid shafaqh ke gayab hone tak rehta hai.
Isha
ka Waqt:- Safaid shafaqh ke gayab hone ke baad shuru
hota aur subah sadiq tak rehta aur witr ka waqt bhi yehi hai. Lekin witr ko
Namaz e Isha ke baad padhna chahiye.
Note:-
1. Abar ke dino mein Asar wa Isha jald aur baqi Namazein taqeer se padhein.
2. Aftab ke zard hojane tak Namaz e Asar
mein sitaron ki acchi tarah nikal aane tak Namaz e Maghrib mein aur aadhi raat
se zayed tak Namaz e Isha mein bila uzr taqeer karna makruh e tehrimi hai.

Q13) Masjid ke ahkaam bayan kijiye.
1) Masjid mein
duniya ki batein na karein.
2) Masjid ke andar
khane pine sone se aiteraaz karein.
3) Masjid mein
gumshuda cheez ki talash na karein.
4) Masjid ki ghaans
ya kuda kachra wagaira ba-tazeem jagah na phainke.
5) Masjid ka
darwaza bandh karna makruh hai.
6) Masjid mein
ladayi jhaghda shoorgul karna makruh hai.
7) Lehsen piyaz
wagaira badhbudaar cheezein khakar Masjid mein dakhil hona ye sab umoor makruh
e tehrimi hai.
8) Junib aur haiz
ka Masjid mein dakhil hona haraam hai.
Masjid kisi sayil
ko sawal karna haram hai.
9) Masjid ke ander
majlis e Nikah ka munakhid karna aur Nikah karna Mustahab hai.
10) Masjid ka
raasta karaar dena jaiz nahi.
11) Masjid se
kabutar ababeel wagaira ke ghonsloon ka nikalkar phaink dena jaiz hai agarche
unmein ande bacche nahi hoon.
12) Masjid ko
goobar makdi ke jaale wagaira se paak aur saaf rakhna chahiye.

Q14) Tasweeb kisi kehte hai aur uske hukum bayan
kijiye.
A) Tasweeb ka Bayan aur uske hukum:-
1) Azaan wa Aqamat
ke darmiyan phir Namaz ki ittelah dene ka naam tasweeb hai. (maslan As-salah,
As-salah, ya Namaz tayyar hai kehna).
2) Maghrib ke siva
aur waqtoon mein tasweeb jaiz hai.
3) Fajar mein
tasweeb Azaan ke uss qadr deiyr ke baad ki jaye jismein 20 aayatoon ki tilawat
hosake. Phir iske baad ushi qadr tawakkoof se Aqamat ki jaye.
4) Azaan wa Aqamat
ke darmiyan do-chaar rakat ki miqdar (jiski har rakat mein 10 ayat ke barabar
qirat padhi jaye) fasl honi chahiye.
5) Tasweeb ka Arabi zubaan mein hona kuch zaroori nahi, agar koi yun kehde ke “Jamaat tayyar hai ya Namaz hoti hai ya koi lafz tabbhi durust hai, ya agar sirf khansne se loog samajh jaye to bhi tasweeb hai.

Namaz e Janaza ka Masnoon wa Mustahab tariqa likhiye.
A)
A) Namaz e Janaza ka tariqa:- Mayyat ko aage rakhkar
miam sine ke muqabil khada hojaye, phir imam aur tamaam muqtadi Namaz e Janaza
ki niyyat kare ye ke Namaz e Janaza farz e kifaya padhta hoon main Allah tala
ke waste aur dua karta hoon main is mayyat ke waste moo mera ka’abe shareef ki
taraf tabe imam ke. Phir dono haath misle Takbeer e Tehrima ke kanoo tak
uthakar ek martaba Allahu Akbar kehkar hatoon ko namaz ki tarha naaf ke nichein
bandhle aur Sana padhe “Subhanakallahumma Wa Bihamdika Wa Tabara Kasmuka Wa
Ta’aala Jadduka Wa Jalla Sanaauka Walailaha Ghairuk”. Phir dusiri dafa Allahu
Akbar kahe lekin is dafa haath na uthaye phir Durood e Ibhrahim padhe jo namaz
mein padhte hai, phir tisiri dafa Allahu Akbar kahe iske baad mayyat ke liye
dua padhein.
Baligh mayyat ki dua:-
“Allahummagfirli Hayyina Wa Mayyatina Wa Shaahidina Wa Gaayibina Wa Sagheerina
Wa Kabeerina Wa Zakarina Wa Unsaana. Allahumma Mann Ahyaytahu Minna Fa Ahyihi
Alal Islam Wa Mann Tawaffaitahu Minna Fatawaffahu Alal Imaan”.
Na-Baligh ladke ki dua:-
“Allahummaj Al Hulana Faratanwn Waja
Al Hulana Ajraunwazugra Waja Al Hulana Shafiunw Wa Mushaffa’a”.
Na-Baligh ladki ki dua:-
“Allahummaj Al Halana Faratanwn Waja
Al Halana Ajraunwazugra Waja Al Halana Shafiunw Wa Mushaffa’a”.
Phir chauti dafa Allahu Akbar kahein aur dayein bayein salam pherdein jis tarha namaz mein phertei hai. Janaze ki namaz mein mustahab hai ke hazireen ki teen saffein ki jaye yahan tak ke agar sirf 7 admi hoto unmein se ek imam bane phir pehli saff mein teen aadmi khade ho aur dusiri saff mein do admi aur tisiri saff mein ek admi.

Mayyat ke kafan ke mutaluq ahkaam bayan karte huye Mard aur Aurat aur Bacche ke
kafan ki tafseel bayan kijiye.
A)
Kafan aur uske mutaluq ahkaam:-
1) Mayyat ko kafan
dena (ghusl ki tarah) farz e kifaya hai.
2) Mard ke kafan
mein 3 kapde masnoon hai. 1. Chadar, 2. Tehbandh, 3. Kafni. Aur aurat ke kafan
mein 5 hai. 1. Chadar, 2. Tehbandh, 3. Kafni, 4. Seena bandh, 5. Oodhni. Note:-
Chadar ki miqdaar utni honi chahiye jo sir se lekar payr tak kaafi ho, Tehbandh
bhi goya chadar hi hai lekin pehli chadar se kisi qadar choti ya bhi sir se
payr tak hoti hai. Kafni ek qisam ka kurta hai, jo garden se lekar payr tak
hota hai. Magar usmein asteen wa kali nahi hoti. Seena bandh ki miqdar seene se
lekar ranoo tak aur oodhni 3 haat tool 2 baalish arz.
3) Agar kafan
masnoon na mile toh mard ko sirf do kapde chadar, tehbandh aur aurat ko 3 kapde
chadar, tehbandh aur oondhni bhi kafi hai.
4) Qudrat hone par
mard ko 3 aur aurat ko 5 kapdoon se kam nahi dena chahiye aur usmein ziadati
bhi jaiz nahi.
5) Chote baccho ko ek-do
kapdoon mein kafan dena jaiz hai.
6) Shaheed ko kafan dene ki zaroorat nahi, balke pehne hue khoon aaluda kapdoon mein hi dafnadein.

Q17)
Tayammum ki tareef aur uske ahkaam tafseel se likhiye.
A) Tayammum
ki Tareef:- (Istelah Shara mein) paak karne waali mitti ya Jisn mitti
par (ba-sharte ke niyyat) haath markar chehra aur dono haatoon par masah karne ka
naam Tayammum hai.
Tayammum
ke Ahkam:- Tayammum wuzu aur ghusl ka qayam maqaam
hai.
Tayammum ke sahi hone ki
shartein:- Tayammum ke 6 shartein hai.
1) Niyyat.
2) Masah karna.
3) 3 ya ziada
ungliyoon se masah karna.
4) Mitti ya jins
mitti ka hona.
5) Mitti ya jins
mitti ka muthhar paak karne waali hona.
6) Paani par qudrat na hona.
Niyyat ke Ahkaam:- 1.
Jo umoor Ibadat maqsoodah nahi agar unke liye tayammum kiya jaye toh usse Namaz
jaiz nahi.
2.
Sajdah e Tilawat ke Tayammum se bhi Namaz jaiz hai.
3.
Agar bimar ko dusra shakhs Tayammum karayi toh niyyat bimar ko karni chahiye.
Tayammum
Jaiz hone ki Suratein:-
1) Paani maujood
naho aur ek meel tak na milein.
2) Paani maujood ho
magar iske istemal se bimari badh jane ya sehat mein deyr hone ka khawf ho.
3) Wazu ya ghusl
karne mein kisi aysi Namaz ka faut hojane ka khauf ho jiski khaza ya badal
nahi. Jaise Eidain ki Namaz.
4) Agar paani qareeb milne ka gumaan hoto talash karna, ya kisi ke paas maujood ho aur milne ki tawaqqo ho to talab karna farz hai. Bagair talash ya talab ke Tayammum jaiz nahi.
Tayammum
ke Arkan:- Tayammum ke 2 Arkan hai:-
1) 2
zarb yani pehli dafa mitti par haath markar moo par masah karna, phir dusri
dafa haath markar dono haathoon par kohniyoon samayth masah karna.
2) Isteaab (yani pure moo aur dono haathon par is tarha masah karna ke koi jagah baal barabar bhi baqhi na rahe.
Tayammum
ki Sunnatein:- Tayammum mein 8 Sunnatein hai:-
1) Bismillah kehna.
2) Dono hateliyoon
ko andar ki taraf se mitti par malna.
3) Hateliyoon ko mitti
par rakhkar aage kheenchna.
4) Hateliyon ka piche hatana.
5) Haathon se mitti ka jhad dalna.
6) Mitti par haath rakhne ke waqt ungliyoon ka kushada rakhna.
7) Tarteeb.
8) Pai dar pai bila tawaqquf masah karna.
Jinn
cheezoon se Tayammum toot jaata hai:-
1) Jin cheezoon se
wazu toot ta hai unse wazu ka Tayammum bhi tootta hai, aur jinse ghusl wajeeb
hota hai unse ghusl ka Tayammum toot jata hai.
2) Jis aazah ki
wajah se Tayammum kiya gaya thaa uska zail hojana maslan paani ka milna ya
paani ke istemal par qadr hona.
